The Layer option

Layer is the most important option present in Dreamweaver which solves the problems of alignment and positioning. When the layer option is selected, an empty box appears on the design palette with the cursor blinking in it. Now an image or text statement has to be uploaded in this empty box. For instance we can take the example of a car image being uploaded. As soon as the car image is uploaded, it appears in the empty layer box. Now this image can be dragged on to any part of the web page by simply using the mouse.

The Color Palette

Dream weaver provides more color options to the user than most of the graphic and animation tools. The user can use the default options as well as create his composition b filling in adequate color options. For one color combination, ten to fourteen shades can be added by the user. For light shades, normally white is a very common color option.

Merge Table Effect

The merge table effect is very helpful in web designing and web page construction. Through the merge effect, a table can be created inside another table. For instance in a particular row or column, another table can be created which is mostly smaller than the first table. When a large number of web links have to be posted in one place, then the merge is adopted by the user. It is very important to adjust the table width in the merge table effect. If the rows and columns have an uneven width, then the overall structure of a table is spoilt. Dream weaver offers various other options which can help in making creative web pages with ample ease.
